Seedling Count: While sufficient seed is sown per box to give an average seedling count as shown for each variety, we do not guarantee the number of seedlings per box. 3. Every effort is made to ensure that only seedlings and plants of good quality are supplied but no warranty is given, expressed or implied as to the description, freedom from pests, health or productivity, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss of crop due to any cause. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer or the buyers agent. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may have to substitute the nearest equivalent of any variety not available at short notice. 4. Our liability to customers is limited in all cases to the value of the seedlings or plants sold at the date of sale. 5. Execution of orders is made subject to seedling or plants being available from our own stock on the date arranged for dispatch. Please sign for goods as damaged in transit. 6. Prices quoted are strictly nett. All goods are sold at prices current at time of print.
